Graduate of the Faculty of Civil Engineering at Białystok University of Technology. His career included management positions in Unibud and Budimex Unibud, and vice-president position in Budimex Dromex. Since 2003, he served for eleven years as CEO and principal shareholder of the construction company Unibep S.A., operating out of Bielsk Podlaski. In 2014, he was appointed Chairman of Supervisory Board of Unibep S.A. He received numerous accolades – Mr. Mikołuszko is, among others, an Honorary Ambassador of Podlaskie Voivodeship, Honorary Citizen of the Town of Bielsk Podlaski, and Podlaskie Voivodeship Manager of the Decade. Privately, Mr. Mikołuszko enjoys sports and working for the community.

Andrzej Maciej CZAPCZUK, PhD, Eng

Graduate of MA and doctoral studies at the Warsaw University of Technology. Since 2007, he has worked as a lecturer at the Warsaw University of Technology and coach for engineering personnel. His vast and constantly expanding academic achievements include a number of interesting and innovative reviews and scientific papers on the construction industry, as well as on a number of novelty issues related to artificial intelligence, supported by numerous scientific studies. He successfully combines the worlds of science and business. For the past 7 years he has been managing, as Vice-President of the Board and CEO, a rapidly growing joint stock company F.B.I TASBUD S.A. The company was built solely with Polish capital and has been operating on the market for over 30 years, working as General Contractor for complex construction projects. Privately, he is self-defence and martial arts instructor, a decorated Karate Kyokushin competitor, member of Team Poland, Black Belt 2nd Dan – obtained in Japan; international full-contact referee. For many years, he has taken part in shooting competitions; he is a lover of firearms and member of the shooting section of CWKS Legia Warsaw sports club. DAN Professional Rescuer, AOWD-certified diver, WOPR (Volunteer Water Rescue Service) rescuer; senior motorboat helmsman with towing license; parachute jumper; skilled ballroom dancer and off-piste skier.

For 27 years, he has managed ULMA Construccion Polska SA (which operated under the brand BAUMA until 2006). Under his management, the Company grew from a small-time manufacturer of concrete paving stone into one of the leading businesses on the falsework and formwork market. Today, the Company successfully operates in all sectors of the construction industry, focusing on long-term growth and individual approach to each project, and close cooperation with the client throughout the construction process. This strategy is feasible thanks to professional, experienced design and trade staff, and a state-of-the-art logistics base, built in just 7 years (2007-2014) and including 4 large warehouses with extensive renovation and assembly facilities, and headquarters in Koszajec near Warsaw.

President Andrzej Kozłowski’s management style combines excellent knowledge of the industry and business intuition with passion and determination. In his business partners, he looks particularly for cooperation based on partnership, and in his employees – for open mind, creativeness and responsibility.

He spends his free time with his beloved grandchildren or travelling to places well known for beautiful architecture and excellent food.

Graduate of the Faculty of Materials Science and Ceramics at the AGH University of Science and Technology. In 2004, he founded the company TINES. He is currently the principal shareholder and President of the Board of TINES CAPITAL GROUP SA – a holding of companies, whose rapid expansion to international markets is driven by supplying advanced technologies and solutions for transport and industrial infrastructure, as well as by design, supervision and specialised services in construction industry.
