On 9 January 2018, the Polish Construction Exporters Cluster held its New Year’s meeting and hosted the PCOCE Supporting Members, fellow companies and industry organizations.
Speakers of the meeting presented changes which are planned in the organisational structure of the PCOCE Association. In 2018, we plan to appoint an Advisory Team, to which we would like to invite representatives of the largest exporters and people who could use their experience to support the activities of the Cluster in the promotion of Polish exporters in the construction industry.
One of the key conditions for improving mutual relations is building trust and ties between the members of our organisation. Sharing experience and mutual support in making efforts to develop and stabilise the industry and individual companies is one of the fundamental activities that we would like to start within our Cluster Family.
Such meetings at the turn of a year are also a good occasion to summarise our past business and show what we are planning. We would like to encourage our members to increase business on the Scandinavian markets while adopting a consortium structure. Together, we could do more there.
The meeting was also an opportunity to consider the possibility of joint activities on African markets. The programme which promotes and supports Polish exporters “Go Africa” can offer new opportunities to talk about with our Special Guests. During the meeting and talks new ideas emerged which will be an inspiration for further activities of the Management Board of the Polish Cluster of Construction Exporters.
