Fields of activity
The main fields of activity include:
- ECP services in Poland. The company implements residential housing and commercial projects (hotels, offices, retail buildings), as well as industrial construction projects;
- ECP services abroad (Russia, Belarus, Germany), mainly for commercial construction projects;
- real-estate development in Warsaw and Poznan through its subsidiary company Unidevelopment SA;
- manufacturing timber construction modules and assembly of multi-unit residential buildings and public utility buildings on Scandinavian markets (mainly in Norway) through its Unihouse Division in Bielsk Podlaski;
- road and bridges construction projects in North-Eastern Poland, implemented by Unibep S.A. Road Division since July 2015. Unibep is the sole shareholder of the company Budrex-Kobi, operating out of Białystok and specialising in bridges and culverts construction around Poland.
Export activity
