On 19 June 2017, the team consisting of representatives of organizations associating Polish entrepreneurs interested in conducting business in Sweden inaugurated its activities. The team has a task to prepare a pilot project implemented on the Swedish housing market by Polish construction businesses.
On 19 June 2017, Polish Cluster of Construction Exporters (PCOCE) hosted a representative of International Finance Corporation (IFC), an entity from the World Bank group. Representatives for the meeting included Mr. Piotr Matczuk for IFC, the PCOCE Board Members Mr. Andrzej Kozłowski (Vice President) and Mr. dr inż. Andrzej Czapczuk (as Vice President of PCOCE and Vice President of F.B.I. TASBUD S.A.), plus Mr. Tomasz Poskrobko (Director of UNIBEP S.A. Construction Export), Mr. Marcin Bodnar (Vice-President of Seen Holding Sp. z o.o.), and Mr. Rafał Świstak (Director for International and Legal Affairs at F.B.I. TASBUD S.A.).

On 25.03-29.03, the Polish Cluster of Construction Exporters took part in the Economic Mission in Kazakhstan. The objective of the Mission was to establish contacts with the construction circles of the Atyrau Region, and to learn about the investment market in Kazakhstan including whether Polish construction companies can participate in the implementation of key energy and infrastructure projects in Kazakhstan.
On 23 February 2017, the representatives of companies associated in PCOCE met in its seat with Mr. Duan Tiezhu, General Representative of China CAMC Engineering Co., Ltd. for CEE countries.

On 1 February 2017, an official meeting of the whole regional construction sector took place, organized by the Lublin Business Club in the seat of POL-INOWEX. The Ambassador of Angola to Poland, Domingos Culolo, together with a diplomatic delegation, was a special guest from abroad. Representatives of PCOCE, Vice President of the Board of the Cluster dr inż. Andrzej Czapczuk and Member of the Exporters Council Bartłomiej Świderek were also among those invited.
Rail Baltica is a trans-European railway line connecting Warsaw and Helsinki via Kaunas, Riga and Tallinn. On the 730 km long route running through the three Baltic countries Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia, these passenger trains will reach speeds of up to 240 km/h, with freight trains running up to 120 km/h. The main players of the Polish railway industry are interested in participating in this prestigious project, the value of which is estimated at EUR 5 billion.

The Polish Capital Congress took place on 5 December in Warsaw, at the seat of the Warsaw Stock Exchange. This is the largest all-day event in Poland, organised to let entrepreneurs who are capital recipients exchange experiences and contacts with their donors – PE, VC, TFI funds. Among the gathered participants of the event there were also representatives of the Polish Cluster of Construction Exporters.

On 4-6 November 2016, the Summit of Central and Eastern European Countries and China accompanying Business Forum took place in the capital city of Latvia, Riga. The annual meetings of the leaders of the “16+1” formula countries are an excellent opportunity to discuss the development of economic cooperation. This year’s edition focused on four areas: transport, innovation, integration and co-development.
